This necklace features a large copper flower and a copper leaf clasp. Strung with two different colors of silk ribbon. I used copper bead caps and knotted the silk ends to create dangles in the back. Mmmmmm...this only got a second place at our County Fair and I had a much better display than this one.

I have only skied here once. A colleague of my dad's treated us for a day of skiing. She was on the ski patro therel. Amazing view of Lake Pend Oreille from the slopes. It was "Spring Break" for us but not them so it wasn't crowded at all. I did "sunburn" my eyes though. OUCH!!!! It was still worth it. Silly me....I thought goggles were only for nasty snow storms...LOL

Nat Park was established in 1938 and this Looff carousel was erected in 1909. I went there often as a little girl. The park closed in 1967. I am so glad this landmark was preserved and saved. It is now at Riverfront Park in Spokane.

Swarovski lost money on these Ruby Quartz teardrops. I love them and it is hard to capture the color and swirly details. They are not faceted like most Swarovski crystals. I also love these hammered heart ear wires. Very nice quality. I get them from Hong Kong.

Another fab set of beads by one of my favorite artisans. This set of beads has real silver dots as accents. My picture doesn't do justice to the color or depth of them. I used Swarovski crystals in jonquil and light sapphire to compliment the colors and an incredible Sterling Silver toggle clasp.

I guess I am addicted to this artisan's beads. They look so much better than my pic and have tons of Sterling Silver trails. This set is highlighted with Swarovski crystal and Bali Silver. The overall color is a deep root beer brown with loads of depth. The Silver square rope clasp completes this unique bracelet.
